Adult Literacy Basic Secondary Education Division
Cameras snapped and families cheered as the graduating High School Equivalency class of 2016 at Adult Literacy@Butler Community College took the stage on August 10. Butler County Commissioners, Leslie Osche and Kim Geyer joined in celebrating with the graduates and took the opportunity to talk to the students about their achievements. State Representative, Brian Ellis' office presented certificates recognizing their accomplishment, while representatives from the college congratulated the students and urged them on to an even brighter future. After interviewing several graduates, the Butler Eagle wrote a wonderful article with several photos that caught the spirit of the evening.
